DMCA Policy for Vegan Pasta
Vegan Pasta ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to file counter-notifications when their content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material as required by law. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Vegan Pasta website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information, as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please send your DMCA notice to us via our contact page, ensuring you specify that it is a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice.
